Welcome to EmiIfy. By accessing or using our mobile application and web portal (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Service

EmiIfy is a personal finance tracker and loan calculation utility. EmiIfy DOES NOT provide, broker, underwrite, or distribute loans, credit cards, mortgages, or any form of commercial lending. We are not a bank, broker, or financial advisor. All features are provided for personal utility and tracker organization.

2. Accuracy of Estimations & Calculations

All values, amortization schedules, and prepayment projections provided by EmiIfy are based on standard interest equations and assumptions (e.g. constant interest rates, regular payment structures). Actual interest rates, fees, or penalty parameters applied by your bank or financial institution may differ. You are responsible for verifying actual numbers directly with your official lender.

3. Account Verification

You use your phone number to authenticate via OTP to synchronize data. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your phone profile. Any transactions or logs entered under your session remain under your sole responsibility.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Input malicious or fraudulent details.
Impersonate any financial regulatory body or institution.
Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the app code or math assets.

5. Limitation of Liability

EmiIfy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. EmiIfy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your financial planning choices or any variations between our estimations and your bank's actual charges.
